CONSERVATION OF WILDLIFE

PROJECTS

PROTECT ANIMALS IN SOUTH AFRICA

The big 5 are struggling to coexist on this planet.  This May, we will lead a group of volunteers on an expedition in Kruger National Park and other reserves in Southern Africa. Volunteers can take part in conservation projects while enjoying a once in a lifetime trip.

SAVE RHINOS FROM EXTINCTION

Give The Dream Foundation is working with national parks, rhino orphanages, and local villages to protect the rhinos and educate the people who live near them in order to help to end illegal poaching.

HUMAN- ELEPHANT CONFLICT

The Human-Elephant Conflict (HEC) is a major threat to the survival of Asian elephants. Sri Lanka’s rapidly expanding population of more than 20 million people is worsening the conflict; as humans encroach on elephant habitat for farmland, cattle grazing, gem mining, timber extraction, wildlife trafficking, and commercial agriculture. This leaves the elephants with ever shrinking, fragmented forests.

ANIMAL RESCUE & CARE IN RURAL INDIA

We continue to raise funds to bring much needed veterinary care to street animals in India.  We are supporting the expansion of an animal hospital network. We will help it to grow across the Indian sub-continent over the next decade.
